If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase with "SEW she CRAFTED it"   we will gladly accept returns of unused, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased for full refund or exchange within 14 days from the original purchase date. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Every order arrives with an itemized invoice please ensure that you include this with your return/exchange. Please send correspondence to inquiry@sewshecraftedit.com with subject “RETURN”. We normally respond within 24 hours. Communication via email will include instructions on how to return the items.
